CITY OF MILLS





Town of Rice Mills.

This is one of the biggest town in Nalgonda district.Town is known for Business and well developed. On an Average one person in 10 families is NRI.
Miryalguda (population: approx. 250,000 in 2007) is a town in Nalgonda district, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. It is a key commercial center in the region of Telangana.

Miryalaguda is famous for the paddy growth and it is listed among the top 5 paddy markets in Andhra Pradesh. The Left canal from Nagarjuna Sagar makes Miryalaguda green and commercially rich. The town is famous for its large number of rice mills. I like this city very much, I would like to call it as a city of Miryalguda, city of Mills.

This is really a good place. It occupies fourth place in asia for the number of rice mills it have.

It is the bussiness center of Nalgonda district.

1.AVANTHIPURAM IS A PLACE WHERE LORD VENKATESHWARA AND SARASWATHI TEMPLES ARE LOCATED.SARSWATHI TEMPLE IS ONLY THE SECOND TEMPLE NEXT TO BASARA IN ANDHRA PRADESH AND THIRD IN INDIA.
2.SO MANY NUMBER OF RICE MILLS ARE LOCATED IN MIRYALGUDA WHICH RANKS SECOND THROUGH OUT ASIA.IT EXPORTS RICE ALMOST TO WHOLE TELENGANA.
3.SO MANY WORLD CLASS CEMENT FACTORIES LIKE RAASI,DECCAN....ARE LOCATED WHICH IS THE FIRST LARGEST PRODUCER OF CEMENT IN ANDHRA PRADESH.
4.NAGARJUNA SAGAR IS THE LARGEST CONCRETE MAN MADE DAM IN WORLD.THE LEFT CANAL OF DAM SUPPLYS WATER FOR DRINKING AND IRRIGATION FOR WHOLE MIRYALGUDA
